An opportunity exists for a driven and customer focused applicant to join our Service Team in Banyo in this newly formed role. Reporting to the Service Manager, Equipment, this role will be primarily responsible for overseeing the administration of the pre-delivery service business as well as the coordinating warehouse activities to facilitate the timely distribution of incoming products to the service team to ensure the efficient operation of the service department.

**What will you do?**
- Process completed purchase orders and invoicing completed work orders into Promadis, ServiceMax and SAP
- Monitor new equipment orders through InforCRM and into ServiceMax in preparation for Service Teams
- Assist in the planning and directing of product distribution to ensure prompt delivery to the service department
- Assist in the planning and directing of the warehouse receiving function
- Assist with administration functions within the warehouse and service departments as directed by the Service Manager
- Assist in SAP inventory stock movements for the Brisbane facility

**What do you need?**
- Experience in administrative support (warehouse or mechanical service highly desirable)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability establish effective business relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities to meet demands
