**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as an Assistant to the Manager. This role is vital in supporting the Village Manager and Resident Services Manager to coordinate effective, appropriate and quality services to residents in the village. This is a part time position working Saturday and Sunday 0900-1700.

In this role you will:

- Support and assist the Village Manager and Resident Services Manager with administration and to provide quality services to both residents and staff
- Oversee the weekend reception and administrative functions at the village
- Provide administration support including recruitment, inductions, training and payroll assistance
- Be proficient at taking minutes, maintaining quality systems and be the in-house support for IT coordination
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues
