We are currently seeking for a lively and experienced **Dental Assistant **to lead our growing clinical team on a** full-time basis.** **Heart of the role**: - To perform a variety of clinical and administrative duties to promote quality dental care for all patients in a stress-free environment. - Responsible for ensuring the smooth workflow of the back office and the clinical bays ensuring all areas are appropriately staffed, stocked and productive. - Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients - Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment - Provide quality chair side assistance to our Dentists - Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions to ensure a safe and fun environment for all patients and team members. - Maintain and implement procedures relating to the clinic **What you'll bring**: - 1 year’s previous experience in a fast-paced local dental practice - Certificate III in Dental Assisting; Certificate IV will be highly regarded - Excellent professional bearing highly developed communication and interpersonal skills - Valid Working with Childrens Check required - Availability to start immediately will be advantageous **Benefits of joining Bupa Dental Goodwood**: Work with us in a practice support role, and you can look forward to being surrounded by great colleagues as you play your own part in embedding our people-friendly, patient-centric ethos.
