**Role & Responsibilities**:
As an NDIS Support Worker with Care to Heal, you will:
- Provide personal care and support for daily activities.
- Encourage community participation and social engagement.
- Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household duties.
- Implement and follow personalised care plans.
- Foster a safe, positive environment for clients.
- Build meaningful connections through mentorship and supportive guidance.
- Collaborate with our team to create an inclusive and welcoming space.
**Requirements**:
To join our team, you must have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Police Check (within the last 6 months).
- Valid Australian Driver’s License.
- Reliable Vehicle with comprehensive or third-party property damage insurance.
**Desirable**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the disability sector (support work).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients who may use alternative communication methods.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
