**About the role**

The ideal person for this role will
- love _to develop
- New Business and have a Hunter mentality._ You will come from an Electronics Security / ICT solutions sales or closely related background. The thrill of winning new contracts, negotiating with the Heads of major firms and speaking the language of technology is what drives you. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 4 plus years experience in BD / Hunter roles who wants to join a leading Security Technology Solutions company and break new ground. Their clients are multi-site and much of their work is about remote solutions and removing risk to their teams.

**Skills & experience required.**
- Reside in Melbourne or wish to.
- Proven Hunter / BDM - 4 plus years proven success
- Sales, Marketing, Business or associated qualifications desirable
- Understanding of ICT / Electronic Security Technology, Data Communications, AV or closely related sector.
- Love to pitch and present to new clients.
- Passion for building new business, client engagement, understanding problems and developing creative solutions that are win - win.
- Ability to confidently drive a CRM.
- Able to travel domestically when required.
