Maroondah Council is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Property, Revenue, and Valuation Services Team.

**About the role**

Working as part of a dedicated and customer-focused team, your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-level customer service, handling inquiries via various channels.
- Assisting with general Revenue Services administration tasks, working closely with Senior Revenue officers.
- Completing daily banking imports and reconciliations.
- Providing additional support to the wider team as directed by the Revenue Team Leader.

**What we're looking for**:

- Demonstrated experience in Rates and/or Accounts Receivable roles.
- Experience in effectively utilizing and maintaining databases.
- High-level computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel Applications.
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and deliver accurate and timely service.
- Infor/Pathway Property database experience.
