Trainee Looking at Completing Their Certificate 111 in Early Childhood

Chantel Learning Childcare Centre is a long day care service which offers care for children aged between 6 weeks to 6 years. Our service strives to provide children with the foundation of early learning and the skills needed to flourish and grow. Our Service operates from 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
We are looking for school leavers who are interested in studying early childhood and are looking for a work/study lifestyle. The role will be to work alongside our long-time experienced staff in the Baby and Toddler age group.
Your role will be:
- To assist in the caring of the children and meeting of their needs.
- Work alongside a team of experienced staff to manage the room cleanliness and hygiene.
- Contribute ideas to the planning and implementing of the daily curriculum.
- Learn how to respond to children's cues.
- Follow services policies and procedures.
- Participate in Staff Meetings.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word.
- Quick Learner.
- Effective Communication Skills.
