**About the Position**
We are seeking experienced and dedicated **Trainers and Assessors** to join our team. If you are enthusiastic about fostering the next generation of childcare professionals, we would love to hear from you

**Key Selection Criteria**
- The ability to effectively engage and support students of varying skill levels.
- A genuine passion for the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.
- Sensitivity and adaptability to diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience conducting onsite assessments in childcare services.
- Thorough knowledge of compliance, confidentiality regulations, validation, and moderation processes.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in line with industry standards.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- A relevant vocational qualification: Diploma and Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
- A minimum of 1 year of industry experience.
- Experience working across various service types within the childcare sector.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or higher).
- A valid Working with Children Check.
