The position provides specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology services including the care of inpatient and ambulatory patients, within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department. The hospital places great emphasis on being a training facility and there is a requirement to contribute to post graduate education, including the supervision of RANZCOG trainees at both registrar and RMO level.

**The Facility**:
This facility sees near 4000 births per year and is a level 6 referral centre for high risk pregnancies for the region. It is also the only Tertiary Care Perinatal Unit between Sydney and Melbourne and has a busy Fetal Medicine Unit. The Hospital’s Centre for Newborn Care has 700 admissions per year. The new Centenary hospital for Women and Children provides Maternity, Gynaecology, Neonatal, Paediatric and Adolescent services. Plans are in place for further expansion to accommodate more postnatal beds, expanded Maternity Assessment Unit, Gynaecological Procedure Suite and Neonatal Intensive Care facilities.

- NZ FRANZCOG or SMO willing to be RANZCOG assessed
- IMG with RANZCOG interview date or outcome
- IMG with 10+ years experience
