About the role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Banyo, Brisbane.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to help continue to grow our business. Salary range is $120,000 - 130,000 plus super. Must have at least 2 years of experience.

Main Responsibilities include:

- Managing key facets of contracts including preparation, planning, administration, delivery, outcomes and review
- Examine performance requirements and delivery timeline schedules consistent with negotiations and contracts
- Monitor & Report trade and material cost in relation to budget
- Work plan analysis of cost in building methodologies
- Feasibility studies of project construction throughout various methodologies
- Managing paperwork in relation to contracts and negotiate variations to contracts as needed
- Maintain and derive a bill of quantities for the construction phase where required.
- Investigate efficient and cost-effective building techniques as alternative solutions to the construction phase
- Develop and monitor depreciation schedules across current and future projects

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor of Quantity Surveyor
- Reliable and high-level organisational skills
- Ability to drive processes to completion
- Internal role, no Quantity Surveyor certification required

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
