**Position**: School Cleaning Team Leader

**Location**: Nundah, Brisbane

Solutions 4 Cleaning, a leading commercial cleaning company, is seeking a dedicated and organized School Cleaning Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This is a hands on roll, working with the team to ensure the tasks are completed to a high level. Shifts start at 3.30pm Monday - Friday, 25 - 35 hours per week. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Leading a team of professional cleaners.

2. Working with the team to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed.

3. Ensuring all school facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.

4. Coordinating cleaning schedules and allocating tasks to team members.

5. Monitoring inventory and ordering cleaning supplies as needed.

6. Training new team members and promoting continual learning within the team.

7. Liaising with school management for any special cleaning requests.

8. Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

9. Resolving any issues or concerns raised by school management in a prompt and professional manner.

10. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a commercial cleaning environment.
- High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and cleaning equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions when required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $36.65 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
