Cafe Manager

Lagoon Cafe is on a mission to be the best local Café. We are currently seeking an energetic Manager, an all rounder for our small cafe, including Barista Skills & Cooking - a person with a can-do attitude, thrives under pressure and fantastic customer service skills to join our team.

We open at 8am and close at 5pm - NO NIGHTS, alternating weekends

The successful applicant will:

- have cooking experience or interest in cooking
- demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
- be organised, work efficiently and communicate well
- be passionate about coffee, hospitality & providing great service
- be an allrounder and team player, happy to do multiple tasks
- Strong leadership experience in development, supporting and motivating staff.
- Passionate about providing a truly memorable customer service experience every time.
- Food preparation skills and knowledge of safe food handling essential.
- Great personality and personal presentation
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
