**You will be responsible for**:
Provide pedagogical leadership to ensure quality care and education programs for children aged 4-12 years
Provide encouragement, leadership and mentoring to maintain a strong and happy team of educators
Ensure that the philosophy, policies and procedures of the program are implemented
Maintain compliance with the National Regulations, and work towards an exceeding standard under the National Quality Standards
Build relationships and strong connections between families and the centre, putting children at the heart of what we do
Build and engage with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the school, wider community and surrounding networks
Ensure children and families have a positive and caring environment and experience a program that nurtures wellbeing.

**You will hold**:
Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates

**CRCS also requires all workers to**:
Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
