**What you'll need**:

- Extensive experience within retail management.
- A passion for the retail industry as a whole.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience reaching and exceeding personal sales targets.
- High levels of resilience and a can do attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a client portfolio.
