**Retail Manager at World Gym Australia**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to contribute to the success that is World Gym Australia, and drive our retail operations to new heights.

**Retail Manager **-As a Retail Manager you will plan, implement and monitor the World Gym Retail Operational Strategy. You will be responsible for maximising sales and profitability across all retail areas in our clubs by setting targets, creating performance objectives, and reporting on dashboard metrics.

**This position involves**:

- Set targets for Key Result Areas (KRA's) and create performance objectives for stores to follow
- Report on dashboard metrics for KRA's and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on a regular basis
- Educate staff on core objectives and growth areas
- Resolve problems related to retail focus in the area when they arise
- Create monthly mechanics for retail promotions to share across the group
- Liaise with head office to create ongoing promotions and marketing to create further revenue
- Travel extensively on 4-week cycles to ensure retail operations are running smoothly
