**Position: Gaming Center Service Attendant**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Implement operational standards, ensure personnel and equipment safety, maintain high service standards and enhance customer satisfaction;
2. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the gaming environment, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment;
3. Monitor on-site conditions during operations, swap positions as needed in a timely manner, and ensure the smooth operation of work;
4. Provide high-standard customer service, answer customers questions, and handle customers feedback;
5. Manage merchandise, including ordering, receiving, and stocktake;
6. Attend staff training to improve overall team service levels.
**Requirements**:
1. First Aid Certificate
2. Possess good service awareness and communication skills, with a friendly demeanor;
3. Able to adapt to shift work schedules including night shifts and can work under pressure;
4. Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory;
5. Passion for the gaming industry and some understanding and interest in games.
6. Working With Children Check
**Trading Hours**:
Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 24:00
