Working at Major Road Projects Victoria means being part of something big.
We oversee more than 50 projects as a cornerstone of Victoria's Big Build, including some of the State's most important roads.
And when you have something “big” it means the People & Culture function is in the spotlight - so the role of our Learning & Development Coordinator is vital to manage lots of the moving parts around the learning programs our employees are offered at MRPV.

**Join us in building better connections for Victoria by**:

- Maintaining the Training inbox - processing learning and development request and responding to queries
- Supporting the L&D team to deliver a range of training programs and activities which focuses on activities like registrations, facilitator, materials and catering coordination etc
- Administration of our online learning platforms, LMS and intranet page updates
- Coordinating the engagement and payment of training vendors

This opportunity suits a proactive, organised Administrator who may have an interest in exploring the Human Resources space. You will have experience supporting a busy function ideally with some event or logistics type coordination. The key to success is someone who can demonstrate initiative and problem solving in their day-to-day tasks and who will enjoy a mixture of routine administration and project/process improvement activities.
