As a Change Analyst this is the perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge of people change management in a role which supports and promotes continual learning and development, and provides exposure to a wide variety of projects, programs and change initiatives.

Experience in a related field such as research, learning & development, facilitation, user-centred design, psychology, and/or project management will be welcomed as you gain skills specific to the change management discipline.

As an APS6 Change Analyst in the Enterprise Change Management Office you will work closely with the small team to help create consistency in the change management approach across the Department, while also helping others to build change management capability.

You will:

- Support the delivery of change management training programs including online modules and face-to-face workshops.
- Use evidence and research aligned to the Department’s framework to help inform change management strategies and plans.
- Help to increase the maturity of change management within the Department.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking by understanding, supporting, and promoting the relationship between organisational goals and change management activities.
- Promote and create awareness of the Department’s framework and toolkit.
- Monitor and respond to change management requests in alignment with the Department’s approach to change management.
- Maintain the ECMO internal website and online learning content.
