Opportunity to work at one of Sydney's leading construction companies. They specialise in residential projects, having successfully delivered a multitude of projects across Sydney, as well as a few Industrial and Recreational projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the design team and coordinate design activities to ensure timely delivery of design documents.
- Oversee the development of design concepts, drawings, and specifications for the project.
- Ensure that all designs meet the required standards, codes, and regulations.
- Review and approve design changes and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with the project team, including the construction manager, to ensure that the design meets the project goals.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to discuss design issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of design documents, changes, and approvals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or related field.
- 3+ years in Design Management
- Experience in student accommodation, residential or similar projects.
- Strong technical skills in design and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
