Our client is a leading US law firm with a global reach and a phenomenal client base. With a new, growing presence in Australia, they are now looking to add an ambitious employment lawyer.

Working under the supervision of an ex top tier firm partner in Australia and two pre-eminent partners who are based in the US (one of whom is Australian), you will join a small, dynamic team that works internationally. The work is phenomenal and will see you advise on a range of large matters including complex cross border employment matters, multi-jurisdictional employment law projects, as well as employment related privacy and data protection, workplace harassment, diversity, compensation and employment benefits, with a 50:50 mix between advisory and litigation.

You will be an employment lawyer currently working in an Employment team of a leading law firm, with a strong desire to learn and progress. Perhaps you are feeling undervalued working in a large team, or it could be that you want more exposure to international clients and work?
