We are passionate about securing our clients the best talent by helping Healthcare organizations connect the RIGHT CARE STAFF with the RIGHT PARTICIPANT, building a meaningful connection that is aligned with your needs and values. **Role Expectations**: As a Personal Care Worker, you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by. - Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience - Provide personal care assistance with daily living. - Mobility assistance in accordance with participant care plans - Build relationships with our participants and visitors. - A team player who enjoys having FUN at work - Display exceptional time management skills and attention to detail. - Maintain accurate health care documentation as required. - **We offer**:_ - Hourly rates ranging from **$37.70 - $75.28** **+super.**: - A super supportive team behind you and a user-friendly mobile App for all your administration needs. - _Flexibility to choose when and where you work._ **What we require from you**: - NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card - Police Check (Up to date) - Working With Children / Blue Card (preferred) - Certificate III/ IV - First Aid & CPR Certificate - Driver’s License - Flu vaccine. - Fully Covid 19 vaccinated and booster shot would be desirable as per NSW Health Regulations - Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc) **“Embrace the past while building your future with us."** **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $37.70 - $75.28 per hour Expected hours: No less than 24 per week Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Afternoon shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - On call - Public holidays - Rotating roster - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay - Penalty rates **Experience**: - minimum: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: - First Aid Certification (required) - Driver Licence (required) - Certificate III or Relevant Certification (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: On the road
