**Air Desk Consultant - Travel Industry**

Are you an experienced travel industry professional with a passion for airfares, ticketing, and customer service? We’re looking for an **Air Desk Consultant** to join a dynamic team supporting a national network of travel advisors and delivering seamless airfare solutions.

**The Role**:
As an Air Desk Consultant, you’ll be responsible for providing expert airfare and ticketing support, ensuring accurate reservations and delivering outstanding service to trade partners and internal teams. You’ll work closely with tour consultants, product teams, and airlines to assist with complex bookings, fare construction, schedule changes, and ticket reissues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle air reservations, ticketing, and reissues for both international and domestic itineraries
- Interpret fare rules, manage GDS queues, and liaise with airline partners
- Provide prompt, professional support to consultants and agents
- Monitor airline schedule changes and proactively manage affected bookings
- Deliver high levels of customer service and contribute to a supportive team culture

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar air/wholesale ticketing role
- Proficient in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Strong knowledge of fare construction, ticketing rules, and airline contracts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Pay: Up to $78,000.00 per year
