**Company Overview**:
Gatsu Gatsu is a Japanese restaurant located in Launceston, renowned for providing authentic Japanese cuisine using high-quality ingredients and exceptional service. To further enhance our service, we are seeking motivated and experienced receptionists to join our team.

**Position**:all-rounder

As an all-rounder, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude
- Take orders and operate the POS system
- Pack takeaway orders and maintain cleanliness in the service area
- Food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Clean tables, kitchen areas, and utensils
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the team with any other duties as required

What We're Looking For:

- RSA Certificate (Responsible Service of
Alcohol) - required.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role.
- Basic barista skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours**:

- **Monday to Wednesday**: 5:00 PM - 8:00PM
- **Thursday to Sunday**: 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM - 8:00PM

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
