**Our Opportunity**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our business. The primary focus will be the delivery of a broad range of marketing communications responsibilities for Nepean Power. You will have the support of the wider marketing team throughout the NEPEAN group. This position will be Fulltime and will be based in Thornton, NSW. Duties include:

- Own the social media strategy and execution including planning, content creation and paid advertising campaigns
- Assist with the ongoing development and management of our website
- Assist with the management and coordination of various marketing campaigns
- Set up performance metrics, track and review all digital marketing campaigns to ensure delivery of ROI
- Boost brand awareness and increase visibility
- Create relevant and engaging content including blogs, internal and external news articles, case studies, infographics and video content for use across various marketing channels
- Own the content calendar for NEPEAN Power
- Produce suitable and effective marketing collateral to support sales activities including catalogues, brochures, flyers, trade show materials, promotional items, etc;
- Ad-hoc graphic design support for the business

**The Right Person**

We’re looking for someone who has minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally within the mining, energy or industrial space and wants to work for a market leader. You will also need to have:

- Tertiary qualification in Business & Commerce, Marketing, Advertising or a related discipline.
- Experience with Adobe Package (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Premier)
- Experience with Website Construction, Social Media, SEO management
- Demonstrable B2B together with B2C marketing experience.
