About the Role:
As an NDIS Employment Practitioner, you will support participants with disability to identify, explore, and achieve their employment goals through tailored capacity-building and mentoring supports. This may include School Leaver Employment Support (SLES), employment preparation, job seeking, and post-placement support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate employment discovery and career exploration activities
- Manage Employment mentors to best support participants to acheive their goals
- Provide individualised support to build workplace readiness skills
- Liaise with employers to identify placement opportunities and promote inclusive hiring
- Support participants to sustain employment and navigate workplace challenges
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation aligned with NDIS reporting standards

About You:

- A passion for supporting individuals with disability to reach their potential
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and employment-related supports (including SLES)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in employment services, youth work, disability support or a related field is highly regarded
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and driver’s licence

Pay: $64,706.51 - $72,000.00 per year
