We have an exciting 6-Month Fixed Term Contract available for multiple Campaign Administrators to join our growing Client Services campaigns team.

We have an exciting 6-Month Fixed Term Contract available for multiple Campaign Administrators to join our growing Client Services campaigns team. Reporting into the Senior Client Services Manager, the Campaign Administrator will provide generalist administrative support.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Prepare compliance documentation including, but not limited to, Fee Disclosure Statements, Client Service Agreements, and consent forms
- Prepare documentation as required for Corporate Actions
- Customer service follow-up telephone calls
- General ad-hoc administrative support as required such as printing, filing, or scanning
- Data management and record keeping in line of business systems

- _Experience in administration and/or data entry capacity _
- _Ability to meet KPI and Productivity targets _
- _Strong communication skills _
- _High level of attention to detail _
- _A background in a similar role within Client Services admin/support considered highly desirable _
