Join Our Caring Team - Aged Care Worker (Casual)
Up to $32.14 per hour + casual loading + super
At Uniting, we believe in supporting older Australians to live their best lives with dignity, independence, and compassion. We’re currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Aged Care Workers in our residential home.
What You’ll Be Doing
**In this rewarding role, you’ll**:

- Provide personalised care and meaningful companionship to our residents.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as showering, grooming, dressing, mobility, and mealtimes.
- Support with basic health needs, including medication assistance and simple wound care.
- Encourage social connection by supporting residents to participate in recreational and community activities.

About You
**We're looking for individuals who are**:

- Qualified: You hold a IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification.
- Genuine and Compassionate: You bring empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
- Values-Driven: You live our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold in your everyday actions.
