We're looking for a skilled System Analyst to join our team on-site and play a key role in shaping the future of our digital systems.

**About the Role**

As our System Analyst, you’ll be the backbone of our IT operations ensuring the performance, security, and usability of our web-based platforms while working closely with stakeholders to lead the implementation of exciting AI-driven enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and wants to have a real impact on both the customer-facing and backend systems of a growing online brand.

**Your Responsibilities**
- System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance, security, and reliability of our internal and customer-facing systems.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with business users to understand operational needs and turn them into functional IT solutions.
- AI Feature Implementation: Lead the integration of AI tools including:

- Automated artwork analysis
- Smart order routing
- Customer personalization tools
- Project Coordination: Coordinate between internal developers, designers, and third-party vendors to deliver new features and updates.
- Data Management & Reporting: Use system data to provide actionable insights to management and support decision making.
- User Support & Training: Provide on-site support, training, and documentation for new processes and technologies.

**Our Tech Stack**

You’ll work with a modern and evolving set of tools and platforms:

- Languages/Frameworks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
- CMS & eCommerce: WordPress, WooCommerce
- Databases: MySQL, SQL Server
- AI & Automation Tools: OpenAI API, Google Cloud AI, Python (preferred)
- Project Management: Jira, Trello, Confluence
- Hosting & DevOps: AWS, Cloudflare, GitHub
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel
- Understanding Print Automation systems such as HP PrintOS / PLC server and Hi-End RIP to configure automatic hi speed modern print press systems to run automatons with mínimal human interference

**What We’re Looking For**
- One year experience in a System Analyst or similar technical role.
- A Bachelors of IT or higher
- Experience managing web-based systems and coordinating digital projects.
- Strong interest or experience in AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving team.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site at 2/19 Lindaway Place Tullamarine Vic.
