We help architects and developers showcase their buildings and properties before construction using cutting-edge 3D and VR technology. As we expand into global markets, we're looking for ambitious Remote Sales Consultants to help us reach more clients in the real estate and construction industries.
Position Overview
- **Role**: Remote Sales Consultant - 3D Virtual Property Visualization
- **Location**: Anywhere (Remote, Global) - with local market outreach required
- **Compensation**: 100% commission-based (uncapped) with high earning potential (top performers earn $40,000-$100,000+ per month)
- **Potential**: Earn up to $100,000 per month based on sales performance
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients such as real estate developers, architects, and construction companies in your region.
- Spend **2-3 hours each day** on door-to-door outreach, visiting local real estate offices, builders, and architecture firms.
- Schedule virtual meetings (e.g. Google Meet) with interested prospects, coordinating between clients and our technical/design team.
- Build strong client relationships, present our solutions, and negotiate deals to close sales.
- Serve as Virtueaze’s local representative, staying informed about your regional market and clients’ needs.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven sales or business development experience in real estate, architecture, proptech, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex 3D/VR concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Driven by commission-based rewards and eager to close high-value deals.
- Local market knowledge and existing industry contacts are a plus.

- **Commission-Based**: You earn a generous percentage of each project’s value (commissions paid after the client pays).
- **Project Values**: Typical projects range from $10,000 to $50,000+, meaning high commissions per sale.
