Part Time Administration and Coach Role in Sydney prodimatly in the Eastern Suburbs/ City and Ryde.

Here’s a look at what you’ll be stepping into:

- Continue to run fun, engaging basketball sessions following the schedule we provide
- being a role model for other coaches.
- Managing the coaching roster and stepping in to cover classes when needed.
- Out reaching to secure new programs and clients.
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for every child in our classes.
- Representing Little Boomers with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
- Helping with equipment set-up and pack-down before and after sessions.
- Communicating with parents, guardians, and participants when required.
- Joining regular team meetings and training sessions to keep learning and improving.

Role structure & expectations:

- 15-20 hours per week minimum
- Achieving reasonable KPI’s
- Paid fortnightly, rate TBD on experience and skill
- Not micro-managed, rather becoming a decision maker and leader
- Duties expected to change weekly depending on time period of classes, i.e. more

coaching/visiting classes on first and last weeks + more administrative and growth

outreach during school holiday
