The Financial Accounts Officers are responsible for the accurate processing of payments on behalf of all the local entities including technical claim payments, corporate invoices, inter-company settlements and taxation payments. The team is also responsible for coding and recording of all payments and receipts to the appropriate General Ledger accounts which are reconciled to the individual bank statements daily. The team also administer and process all issued corporate credit card holder expenses together with reimbursement of staff out-of-pocket expenses. You will report to the Financial Controller Group/Life.

**Your Role**
- Accurate administration of all corporate credit card expenses through the Concur expenses management system before uploading to appropriate general ledger accounts
- Capture and record approved Invoices for payment in Excel before uploading to the General Ledger
- Assist the process of daily receipts and payments for Group in Australasia
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all clients (Munich Re employees, banking stakeholders, trade creditors and Auditors)

**Your Profile**
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a high volume expense administration or accounts payable role
- Experience working with the Concur expense management system, with a Processor or Administrator access role
- Excel skills to pivot table level
- Advanced bookkeeping skills with knowledge of SAP General Ledger system would be advantageous
