**About the role**:
This role will be responsible for the accurate picking of orders, on-time dispatch and receiving goods whilst ensuring all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. This role will also be required to work as directed and collaborate with other team members and Team Leader/Supervisor, to ensure the best possible customer service is delivered at the lowest cost to the business.

**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Pick, pack and load customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner using material handling equipment.
- Receive and dispatch orders from the warehouse as directed, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing items are properly accounted for and checked against documentation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through accuracy of picking and dispatching goods along with ensuring product is in good condition.
- Consistently achieve personal and warehouse KPI targets, set by the business and management.
- Prepare and ensure that any required paperwork and documentation in a neat and accurate manner and handled in accordance with procedures and policies.
- Responsible for loading/unloading vehicles, ensuring products are properly transported, and in no way a danger to the general public or employees, abiding by COR requirements.
- Ensure that dealings and communication with employees and customers are carried out in a respectful, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Conduct stock takes as and when required by the business.

**Requirements**:

- Technical knowledge of techniques, skills, equipment, procedure and material
- Experienced with warehouse layouts, replenishment strategies
- Experience with RF gun - order picking & processing
- Valid LF license
- Ability to operate computer software systems
- Willingness to learn and develop existing skills
