About the opportunity

We're proud to partner with one of Victoria's fastest growing casual dining groups in Australia, and now we're looking to add an incredible addition in the form of a Assistant Production Manager.

Our client is a international food retail group who are looking for a talented Manager to help assist with the production of their world famous baked goods. This is a Back of House leadership role and would be well suited to a motivated leader who would enjoy working in a non customer facing role.

This role requires a professional team player who has strong time management skills, and is able to work in a systematic environment. This is a Day's Only leadership role which would require you to start no earlier than 6am and finish no later than 6pm on Monday - Friday. No Weekends

About you
- Confident with all aspects of food safety and daily temperature checks
- Self motivated, driven leader that leads from the front
- The ability to demonstrate leadership in WHS in the workplace
- An understanding of training processes and how to effectively train others in the workplace.
- Understanding of conflict management and issue resolution
- The ability to lead meetings with your team to review and enhance performance with a focus on continuous improvement of safety, quality, productivity, cost and the well-being of your team.
- As a leader you will ensure key messages are communicated to the team during your shift.
