**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Team Leader - Intelligence** to be part of our Operational Intelligence and Deconfliction Unit within the State Intelligence Command. The Team Leader - Intelligence provides leadership and expertise to ensure the provision of assessments and predictions to support decision making through a variety of tasks from operational and tactical intelligence functions to strategic reporting on threats and challenges to NSW Police Force.

**Target Question 1**:
The Operational Intelligence and Deconfliction Unit is a multi-disciplinary team comprised of intelligence analysts and criminal investigators. As a team leader, how would you utilise the multi-disciplinary capability of the unit to produce accurate and actionable operational intelligence products?
