- Must have minimum 3 years administration experience

Looking for someone to work alongside the Director to assist with administration and sales work. Your role changes depending on Directors priorities.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Answering phone calls and booking jobs for technicians across Sydney
- Calling and booking customers across Sydney for quoted works
- Managing leads generation through social media platforms
- Processing invoices and supplier invoices
- Creating and sending quotes
- Building customer relationships, winning quotes and upselling our services
- Contacting trades and negotiating pricing
- Provide administration support to the team

**Who is Relevant Air?**

We have been operating for over 10 years across Sydney for residential and commercial. We service, maintain and supply and install air conditioning and pool heaters. Our warehouse is located in Penrith. We are an organised company ensuring our vehicles are well stocked with common breakdown parts to fix the customers problem on the first visit. This reduces stress of all staff leaving you feeling satisfied that the customers problem has been fixed in a quick timeframe. We use a formal job management system called Aroflo to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. We value our staff opinions to help improve the business so it continues to be a well oiled machine.

We are expanding and now selling pool heat pumps to trades and other pool companies. Your role is to help achieve our pool heat pump targets.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penrith, NSW 2750: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
