**YOUR Next Employer** is a reputable Builder/ Developer who are seeking a skilled and motivated Finishing Foreman to join their team in delivering top-notch finishing touches to their projects. They have a number of long-term employees, which speaks volumes for the supportive managment team and great company culture. If you have an eye for perfection and the drive to exceed expectations and push the project programme we want to speak with you

**YOUR Role** will take charge of the final stages of our projects, turning them into flawless spaces ready for occupancy. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing and coordinating the finishing activities of construction projects.
- Managing a team of finishing trade professionals ensuring programme is met and quality is high
- Ensuring that all finishing works are carried out according to the project plans, specifications, and design intent.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborating with Site Manager, Project Managers Subcontractors to ensure a seamless transition from construction to completion.

**YOUR Experience** will showcase your extensive high end project experience. You must be a key participant in the coordination of finishing trades, sub contractors and clients. The Finishes Foremen has the following specific areas of responsibility:

- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman (5+ years) working on highend projects
- Trade qualified (Ideally carpentry)
- Strong understanding of finishing techniques, materials, and standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable results.
- Effective leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate your team.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple trades simultaneously ensuring, site programme is delivered in a timely manner
- Ability to create a lookahead programme using MS Project and be IT savvy
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to maintain a safe work environment.
