**About the role**

The Licensing team is looking for an experienced administrator to join the team as a Licensing Advisor on a full time basis. Based in Sydney, this role will see you support the Licensing Manager in the Employee Licensing process by ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory licensing requirements for regulatory authorities in NSW and QLD.

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

- Support the Licensing Manager to reduce the risk of breaches of the legislation and regulations in relation to licensing requirements across the group
- Maintain licensing administrative processes and systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies and procedures
- Complete statutory reporting requirements within prescribed time frames and ensure accuracy of reporting
- Provide internal partners with advice regarding licensing including the interpretation of policies, procedures and statutory requirements

**About you**
- Previous Administration Experience is highly desirable
- Experience in a regulatory environment preferably within the Casino industry desirable
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- A tertiary qualification in HR/Business or similar field is advantageous
- Ability to form effective working relationships with all levels of staff and the regulator
