The Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Officer will develop and implement evidence-based, targeted communication and education strategies for consumers, health professionals and industry.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide expert and considered communications advice to specialist areas across a range of programs and activities for the TGA and ODC.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with consumer, health and industry peak bodies to maximise awareness of our education priorities.
- Research, write and edit content to educate external audiences and stakeholders, ensuring complex information is simplified while retaining technical accuracy.
- Develop content, creative and video products that are published through multiple channels to optimise reach and engagement.
- Engage with external stakeholders in order to amplify TGA and ODC messaging through social media promotion, stakeholders’ networks, events and communication channels, such as e-newsletters.
- Support the procurement of funded contracts with external organisations and creative agencies to deliver communication and education outcomes
