**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**:

- Deliver key functions and product functionality to critical Dynamics 365 projects
- Perform high-level system configurations
- Perform preventative maintenance and supprt the CRM system
- Manage internal and external stakeholders within a fast paced and complex environment

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:

- Experience in CRM implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience
- Excellent knowledge of the Dynamics CRM Product and hands on experience configuring the product including: Entity Creation, Workflows, Business Rules and Business Process Flows
- Strong project experience translating client business needs into software capabilities
- Project experience creating functional designs, test conditions and test scripts
- Strong team player working in agile environments
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process modelling tools preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications strongly preferred
