Lava Zava is a coffee shop/cafe based in Tuggerah, NSW. We are continuously dedicated to deliver best coffee intertwined with delicious food and great service. In doing so, we intend to create an exciting dine-in and take away experience that you will love and cherish.

We mainly focus on offering delicious café classic dishes along with Aussie breakfast favorites. We also offer a warm friendly dining environment with a fresh juice bar which makes an ideal venue for any of your special occasions.
- 2 years + experiences in a management stream
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recruiting, training and supervising staff
- The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
- Anticipate and attend to the guest’s requirements and desires immediately.
- Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant’s menus
- Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members
- Maintain high standards and lead by example

Key Qualifications & experience
- Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma or higher qualification in the similar stream.

Tasks & responsibilities (but not limited)
- Manage rostering, staffing, and stock management, navigate restaurant compliance, oversee profit & loss, budgets, promotion, and supporting the kitchen team for new menu as per the market needs.
- You are eligible to work in Australia and are available for an immediate start
- Seeking a long-term, full-time role in hospitality industry

Pay: $51,370.06 - $77,687.60 per year
