**About the Opportunity**

Uniting Early Learning are currently seeking adaptable and inspiring Educators to join their team on a casual basis at **Uniting Noah’s Ark. **We want to continue to grow as a committed team of educators that provide a nurturing environment that fosters a child led rhythm to learning. Catering to the individual needs and interests of our children, our Educators work alongside our children and encourage kids to be in the moment.

**Noah’s Ark Preschool **is the home of one of the longest standing and highest achieving Preschools in the area. Our service is approved for 40 children which fosters a personalised and caring approach. Our newly refurbished indoor open learning spaces are warm and welcoming and our large outdoor area provides a stimulating environment for children to explore. Our team is dedicated to creating an environment for learning, personal growth, and confidence.

Every child is actively and consistently supported to engage in the programs we offer with supported inclusion of children with additional needs. We are excited to welcome Educators to become a part of our unique team.

**What you’ll be doing in this role**

As an Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework

**Your work may include**:

- Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
- Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
- Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes

**Who we’re looking for**
- Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job experience (preferred)
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- A work history that demonstrates, programming, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
