**About the Position**

**About You**
With the ability to drive and facilitate a deep love of learning in students, your Christian faith will be evident in your ability to integrate an authentic Christian worldview into every learning experience. You will have a clear understanding of differentiated learning and assessment, catering for the individual needs of all students. Along with NESA accreditation and a current Working with Children Check you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

- recent Stage 4-6 Mathematics experience (NESA curriculum) (Extension 1 and 2 desirable)
- evidence of success in a leadership role preferred
- collaborative, innovative and effective practice
- highly relational interpersonal skills with staff, students and parents
- a demonstrated capacity to work and contribute as a member of a curriculum leadership team
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- flexibility and interest in working in an innovative and dynamic environment
- excellent ICT skills across a range of platforms.
