We currently are seeking an experienced Patrols Client Services Manager based in the Perth to play an integral part in managing the day to day Patrols operations, Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:00

**The role**:

- Report directly to the Patrols Manager WA
- Manage the performance and presentation of each designated site in accordance with contractual and budgetary obligation
- Continuously review individual Contracts and their performance and work with the Patrols Manager to develop priority action plans to ensure compliance and performance
- Continuously develop, manage and strengthen positive working relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, with the aim of promoting key organisational, operational and strategic objectives
- Ensure costs are controlled and invoicing correctly reflects the service provided and address animosities as required
- Act as the first point of contact for key Clients on matters and participate in all levels of issue resolution, process improvement and customer complaints
- Complete administrative duties as required to meet contractual obligations
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once in a high-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a small team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High level administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Attend regular structured meeting with key clients to receive feedback and monitor contract performance

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a Client Services role
- Must hold a current WA Drivers Licence
- Desirable - Current WA Security Licence
