About Sheridan

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at our Sheridan Myer Melbourne store as a Christmas Casual.
This is a casual role — ability to work weekends, weekdays and peak trade times (such as public holidays, sale periods and of course, the silly season) is essential.
- Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers
- Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions
- Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
- Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
- Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration

Our Culture
We believe everyone should have a safe place to sleep. Sheridan is proud to partner with StreetSmart for our SleepSafe initiative, to create Sleep Kits for people who are at risk of or experiencing homeless. These kits give people the basic comforts we take for granted.
