Barista/all Rounder

Cafe in the Hills open 7 days a week high volume speciality coffee, burgers, and provisions since 2014.

Looking for a barista to join the team Both Full time and casual work available. Experience making coffee is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Customer service
- Maintain and build good relationships with customers and staff
- Ensure consistency and quality is to a high standard
- Make coffee and other beverages to a high standard
- Maintaining food safety standards
- Opening and closing of the cafe
- Dialling in coffee, espresso, milk and filters.
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Juice and cold brew preparation

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience working as a barista
- Confidence and a love for greeting people and making them feel welcomed
- A love for food and the hospitality industry
- Quality attitude
- Team player
- Initiative
- Keen to hustle
- Must be available one weekend day
- Punctual

Pay: $29.33 - $32.25 per hour
