We are seeking a skilled and creative Floor Plan Artist to join our team. As a Floor Plan Artist, you will play a crucial role in producing floor plan sketches of existing housing in and around the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

**NOTE: This is not an office role, nor a computer role. It is measuring and sketching residential and commercial properties onsite.**

Experience as a Floor Plan Artist or in a similar role or design background is preferential.

Applicants must display the following requirements:

- Valid Driver's License and a reliable car.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Communicate with our team productively, to meets client needs and requirements
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of your drawings.
- Ability to work independently, with good time management skills.
- A **cover letter stating where you are based in Melbourne **and why you feel you have the right experience and characteristics for this job.
- A **small sample of your design/architectural work** (preferably real estate) along with your current CV.
