**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Optima Services Group is a cleaning Franchise and we serve clients in Brisbane area.

As a professional cleaner, you will be expected to follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and effective cleaning process. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cleaning and sanitizing ovens and BBQs, including the interior and exterior surfaces, racks, and other removable parts
- Removing built-up grease and grime using appropriate cleaning agents and tools
- Inspecting and identifying any damage or issues with ovens and BBQs, and reporting them to the manager
- Clean exterior and interior windows of various commercial and residential properties to the highest standard
- Clean carpets, upholstery and mattresses in a variety of commercial and residential properties using industry-standard cleaning equipment and techniques
- Remove stains, dirt, and debris from carpets using appropriate cleaning solutions and methods
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols

**WHAT WE OFFER**:

- Payment based on commission per job

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have own ABN
- Previous experience in cleaning or a related field is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene protocols
- Your own cleaning equipment (mop, bucket and a vacuum) and cleaning chemicals
- Your own carpet cleaning machine (if you don't have one, you can do only the general cleaning part)
- English doesn't need to be perfect. But you do need to be kind, smile a bit and have a desire to provide excellent customer service
- A vehicle to move between job sites
