**About you**

We are looking for **Full-time **Assistant** Store Manager **to join the team at **Westfield Bondi Junction and/or Sydney CBD.**

**The role**
- Support the Store Manager in achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail
- Assisting the Store Manager in conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings
- Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets
- Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support
- Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Qualified **Makeup Artist **or **relevant experience**:

- ** Excellent customer service,** communication, and organisation skills
- Experience in managing a retail team
- Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire
- Ability to **multi-task** and build relationships
- Open **flexibility** to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
