There’s no better time to join our team **Job Description Overview** The Cyber Digital Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the cyber security, network infrastructure, and digital solutions for the site. This role ensures the protection of digital assets, sensitive information, and network systems from cyber threats and vulnerabilities. The role will also provide digital assistance to the Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx) specialist, supporting their efforts in optimising manufacturing systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**: **Cyber Security** - Deploy cyber security initiatives at the factory site, including the deployment of Cyber Security "Work Packages" at the factory site as part of a global program - Oversee network infrastructure to ensure security and efficiency - Reduce cyber risks through patching, system upgrades, access control, and endpoint protection - Ensure the secure design of new Information Technology requirements for the site - Integrate cyber security into business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the site - Promote Cyber Security Awareness within the site, upskill employees, and facilitate the effective distribution of awareness collateral from the Global Cyber Security Team **Digital** - Support the ManEX Specialist with digital activities including the use of, Artificial Intelligence (AI), PowerBI and PowerApps - Drive continuous improvement through Focused Improvement (FI) teams and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools - Prepare and maintain site performance reports utilising MS Excel, SQL, and PowerBI - Lead the implementation of digital solutions for the site - Support the ManEX Specialist as required **What You Will Need to Succeed** **Experiences & Qualifications** **Mandatory**: - Strong IT technical skills - Experience or demonstrated ability to install, configure and manage security controls - Commitment to upskilling and ongoing development in cyber security, networking and IT - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated experience in driving team collaboration - National Police Check **Desirable**: - Tertiary qualifications in cyber security or IT - Develop, report and interpret data in MS Excel, SQL, PowerBI and PowerApps **Why Join Us?** At Unilever, 94% of our employees at the Tatura factory would recommend us to friends and family.
