Finance, Housing Assistance is looking for an enthusiastic Finance Clerk to join our busy team. Finance Clerks are responsible, under limited direction, for ensuring accurate and complete recording and reporting of revenues and debts from the accounts receivable activities in Housing ACT. Management of the account receivable function entails preparing and sending invoices to clients, updating financial records, including monthly analysis, reconciliation and quality assurance of debts, debt management and collection, and writing off uncollectable debts. Debts managed include tenant responsible maintenance charges, rental bond loans and other amounts owing to Housing ACT. More information is available in the position description.
